Log in your i-touch account and ensure that you have completed the Student Health Examination Form of CYCU before September 30th, 2025.
Please complete the health exam within the designated date; only cash payments will be accepted on-site during the health exam.
Remember not to have an empty stomach before the health examination. Also, avoid staying up later or engaging in intense exercise before the health exam to prevent any potential issues involving the accuracy of the report.
Please wear a mask throughout the entire process. If you feel unwell, are menstruating, or are pregnant, kindly inform the medical staff beforehand.
You may check your health examination report on Chi Hsin Clinic website 40 days after the examination date, by scanning the “Student Health Examination record.”
Based on regulations of Ministry of Education, all students in CYCU must cooperate and participate in the health exam. Refusing to comply with the regulations may cause increased risks or serious illness, and may be involved in improper consequences.
