ensure that you have completed the Student Health Examination Form of CYCU before February 19, 2024.
Please complete the health exam within the designated date; only cash payments will be accepted on-site after the health exam.
Remember not to have an empty stomach before the health examination. Also, avoid staying up later or engaging in intense exercise before the health exam to prevent any potential impact on the accuracy of the report.
- Please wear a mask throughout the entire process. If you feel unwell, are menstruating, or are pregnant, kindly inform the medical staff beforehand.
- You may check your health examination report on Chi Hsin Clinic website after the examination for approximately 40 days .
- Depend on regulations of Ministry of Education, all students in CYCU must cooperate the health exam, Pertaining to refusing to comply the regulations, the public may increase risks of serious illness, or may be involved in improper consequence.
