Definition of Bullying

1.Bullying: refers to the continuous use of words, words, pictures, symbols, body movements or other ways to directly or indirectly degrade, exclude, bully, harass or tease others, so that others are in a hostile or unfriendly campus learning environment, or it is difficult to resist, resulting in mental, physical or property damage, or affecting the normal learning activities.

2. School bullying: refers to bullying between students and students of the same or different schools, both inside and outside the campus.
