The rooms of Li shing, En Tzu, and Re Cheng are all without private bathroom. The rooms of Lian Shan and Hsin Shih are all with an en-suite bathroom.
The deposit will be NT.1,500. The payment will be refunded to your personal account (interest free) in the second semester if you live in the dormitory for one year (two semesters). Those who cancel the accommodation in the mid of the school year or do not check in cannot get the refund.
The air-conditioner electricity bill costs NT.1,500 in Re Cheng/ Li Hsing/ En Tzu/ Lian Shan Dormitory (NT. 500 for winter accommodation). The water heater and air conditioner electricity bill costs NT.1,500 in Hsin Shih Dormitory (NT. 500 for winter accommodation). The electricity charges will be calculated according to the actual number of kWh used by the electricity meter. (Due to the included water heater electricity bill, a 10% discount for kWh/ NT. 3.1 is applied for the Hsin Shih Dormitory. For other dormitories, kWh/ NT. 3.5 are applied.)The electricity bill will be refunded if overcharged. Also, you should pay more if there is a shortage of payment. The charging standard should be in accordance with the latest announcement made by the official.
The accommodation fee should be paid every semester. Summer/Winter accommodation shall be applied and paid independently. En Tzu dormitory is not open for winter and summer accommodation, residents will be reassigned to Lian Shan dormitory. All the dormitories will close during the Lunar New Year holidays, the closing time will be announced every semester.
For winter accommodation, dormitories only allowed full term accommodation applications. For summer accommodation, first half term, second half term, and full term accommodation are available. Detailed dates will be announced by actual situation every summer.
