• Blood test：Blood Routine, SGOT, SGPT, Total cholesterol, Creatinine, and Urinalysis.
  
• Urinalysis：Protein, Sugar, Occult Blood, and pH.
• Chest X-ray

• Please scan the “新生1網通” located in the top right corner and complete the Health Information form before August 31,2023.
• Please proceed to the medical examination during the scheduled time slot assigned based on the examination date. In case of any scheduling conflicts, kindly choose an available time slot during the examination period to undergo the examination.
• The health examination fee is paid in cash on-site.
• Notify the medical staff first if you are not feeling well, on period, or pregnant.
• No need to take exam on an empty stomach.
• If you are unable to participate in the current medical examination, please undergo the examination at the designated contracted medical facility between September 23,2023, and October 14,2023.
• You can check your medical examination report online approximately 40 days after the examination by scanning the “Student Health Examination Information.”
